Meridian Osteopath
tries to put its main emphasis on using the gentle soft-tissue
based approach rather than the more “thrust” style techniques
(although these occasionally may be used). We aim to treat
the entire range of the population from babies through to
old age, and will adapt our techniques accordingly.
Registered Osteopath
Qualified in 1986 from the British College of Naturopathy
and Osteopathy in London and moved to set up practice in Brighton
where she developed a good reputation for the treatment of
pregnant women, and also began an interest in treating sports
injuries. A whole family move to East Grinstead in 1994 meant
starting a new practice from the beginning again. The more
soft-tissue based approach she has found to be especially
good for treating the whole range of pain and injuries she
sees in daily practice, and her own children’s involvement
in sport has led to her rediscovering her interest in sports
injuries. Babies are always welcomed. She is a council member
for the British Osteopathic Association.
